Fot this edition of the PAD Paris, the Galerie Jean-François Cazeau is happy to present a selection of works by Niki de Saint-Phalle, Yves Klein, Pablo Picasso ceramics. The main directing line of this selection will be the marriage of form and function, at the very porous border between art and artisanship.
As such, Picasso's ceramics, made in collaboration with the Madoura studio from 1947 to 1971 will dialogue Niki de Saint-Phalle's furniture-sculptures. For both these artists, the purpose was to make art enter the living space, the day to day life of people.
